FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? Due to the fact our products are custom made to order we do not accept returns or issue refunds on our products.  However, sometimes an item can get damaged in transit and in that rare instance, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please refer to our Damaged Policy.  For all other special circumstances please refer to our refund policy.
2. DO YOU DO EXCHANGES? We encourage you to check the sizes of the items you purchase carefully before checking out. Although, we do not like to do exchanges on a regular basis we do understand that sometimes it is necessary. Therefore, if an item is in stock and we can accommodate an Exchange for you we will do it gladly provided you return the original item in the original packaging with the original tags on it, unworn and unused.  Please refer to the return policy.
3. DO YOU OFFER STORE CREDIT? YES, if we cannot replace an item or exchange an item for you, we will give you store credit to be used in the future. 
4. DO YOU PERSONALIZE ITEMS? YES, if an item has personalization available, we can gladly personalize it for you at no extra charge.
5. DO YOU SELL IN BULK? YES, we can sell in bulk with discounted prices on certain products. Please email us if you are interested in purchasing in bulk.
6. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS? YES, we sell gift cards online for the store.
7. DO YOU HAVE A BRICK-AND-MORTAR STORE? NO, we only sell online.
8. WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME? Orders are processed daily as they come in. Once paid for the production time is 1-2 days maximum.
9. WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME ON PRODUCTS ORDERED? Depending on your location and the item ordered most products are delivered in 4 - 8 days after purchase.
10. DO YOU SHIP OVER SEAS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES OR TO CANADA? No. Due to Tariffs and Duty Taxes, We only ship to the USA domestic states. We DO NOT SHIP TO HAWAII, APO'S, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, THE BAHAMAS, OR THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS.
