Returns Refunds

We have a NO RETURNS, and NO REFUNDS policy in our store due to the fact that our products are custom made to order with graphic designs by me and then shipped to you by my manufacturer.  

We do however, want you the customer to be happy with your product and will gladly issue a refund any damaged item you might receive on the off chance this happens. we request that you send us a photo of the damaged item immediately upon receiving it. Take a picture of it and email it to us at nancysfinedesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Then we will examine the photo and gladly ship you out a replacement or issue you a refund depending on the item purchased and the inventory stock for that product.  In some cases a store credit will be issued to the customer if necessary. 

For items of wrong size we will gladly exchange the it for the correct size provided we have it in stock and the original item still has the tags on it and is sent back to us in the original packaging with the original packing slip. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to fit your needs. If we are out of stock or can not exchange it for you then a store credit will be issued to you for future use. Shipping cost are the customers expense on these kind of returns and are not included in the store credit. Taxes and original shipping costs are not included in any store credits either just the original price of the item you paid for.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
